Tim took the time to find out what we had in mind for our deck and discussed the options before drawing up the plans. We were also able to visit a site where he was currently working. His crew were always on schedule and phoned if there was any reason for a delay. The quality of work was very high and they cleaned up after themselves. In addition, he and his crew are very pleasant people and easy to work with. Some time after the project had been completed, problems developed with a couple of boards.
